Being a Part of the Community - Honoring a Hero

Lt. Donald Faith Walker Burton has been battling stage 4 cancer for the past 2 years. Trey Harris of Harris Seafood took on the challenge of putting together an event to raise money in support of Donald and his family. Trey and Donald asked if United by BBQ would help with the event and we signed up immediately. The day was a huge success! All of the food plates old out in 3 hours and we served over 2,500 people. The event raised over $32,000 and donations continue to come in. THIS is what United by BBQ is all about... Being a servant organization to our community!
