Once again, our friends to the west were pounded by Hurricane Delta. Twice within 4 weeks and many of those effected were just getting back on their feet. Our focus was to support the first responders of Acadian Ambulance and their dedication to serving the impacted communities. We assembled a cook team in Ponchatoula and prepared over 2,000 meals to feed the crews for the week. On the menu were Jambalaya, Pastalaya, BBQ Chicken, and BBQ pork Steaks. Thanks to all who came out to help, we couldn't do it without you.
